★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By actually hiring a UX and UI designers for all of their applications. Spending time thinking who their end user actually is, getting feedback and actually finding out how they want to use either ManageMyHealth or MedTech AND THEN designing those applications around the users. Just by using either of these products you get the understanding that they don't care, if you are wanting to use MedTech for your practise, I would look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service, disappointing response times with Support. Promised heaps when transferring from 32 to Evolution. One example hand delivered our Digital Cert, got confirmation it was received, only to find out it was not implemented and none of our claims have gone through since the beginning of August despite several Support queries being lodged, has made me look incompetent to my employer to the point I felt I needed to resign!!!

The staff have been extremely helpful on every occasion and have provided positive outcomes every-time. The team is easy to contact and they follow up on any issues to try an rectify it. Overall i'm very satisfied by how Medtech handles the situation. I would recommend this service to any practice that's trying to improve the way they handle and process patients data's. The Medtech applications are very easy to use and is jam packed with functions that made the way I deal with patients, patient data and other practices very easy on a day to day basis. I will continue to use this application and would continue recommending it anyone that deals with patients etc. Thx Medtech..
