★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great expectation an appointment with Dr. serge Luke after couple of month awaiting but without checking he suggested me to refer public hospital for check up as I don’t have health insurance and charged $200 for 2 min talk... very disappointed !!!! Kind of looks like money making not a service ..!!!! But receptionist was good and She went to recheck for the price with Dr. but... charged $200 for nothing!!!! ☹️?? if he cannot do anything and I have to go public hospital what he stand on that post..!!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hospital, staff were brilliant, very friendly and caring. The food was very good with excellent choices and portion size. My 2 nights were comfortable and I couldn’t fault any part of my stay.

If anyone is scared of surgery, this lady is the one to have by your side!!!!
She took very good care of me., I will never forget you!
You will probably never forget me ...I was the one that put that funny hat on LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The typing pool, whatever that is today, has held up a referral letter to the public hospital for my husband who has terminal cancer. Dictated mid week last week, and still not received by the Public oncology department. Terrible customer service.

She had excellent bedside manner and making sure I knew what was going on extremely polite and professional and made feel completely comfortable like I was at home. Out of all the nurses I've dealt with over the years she was a cut above them all
