★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst electricity retailer ever in New Zealand. Extremely poor customer service and because of their bad staff communication we are in trouble and they are being soo racist while making the decision to solve the reading issue i will suggest everyone do not go with this bloody company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst retailer ever in New Zealand. When we moved to another property they been sending us estimated bill for 9 months. Did not even bother to notify us about meter issue. Than on 10th month came up with huge amount of bill to be pay based on actual reading. The point is if they were not able to get the actual reading for 9 months than how got on 10th month. and the worst thing is after checking all the old bills and how they want to pay $92 more for each month for 9 months, it will come up same amount in summer as well as in winter too. Is it really possible? and now they are forcing us to pay that bloody $1600 + more. Can someone please help us to sort this out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst provider when it comes to billing. Since joining "Meridian Energy", I supply photos of my meter on the 15th of the month. They still mess my bill up saying the "meter reader" does not submit reading before the 20th. Why do I send photos of my meter then in any case? Totally useless!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real big "Thank You" from the EV community for providing these fantastic chargers in Rangiora. I find these destination chargers an absolute god send when attending meetings in Rangiora. I can hook up and attend my meeting and know I will have ample battery capacity for my return journey. Keep up the good work and we will promote this execellent facility at Victoria Park Rangiora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry incredibly poor communication, cant get through on the phone and days before we get a reply via email. I am an electrician and have to deal with this continually on clients behalf. Another bloated corporate who's lost touch with their customer base in my view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only been a customer for one month myself and my partner but so far excellent cannot switch from globug which was expensive staff rude this a breath of fresh air the switch process was made easy if it continues like this I say we be stay as customers for a long while a 200 buk joint credit right before winter a big help so far its been great keep up this great record for us meridian

I for one am now forced to get help with changing power companies as I don't understand all the online stuff to do with this. I only have a very basic understanding of emailing online. I don't recommend this company
