Arriving to collect my order 3 days later was however poor as the team here had not prepared my order for the agreed collection day. I had to wait about 1.5 hrs to collect a rather small order. I would certainly advise doing a follow up on orders to ensure they are ready for collection.

Emailed order on friday .didn’t get confirmation until Thursday when following over the phone no answer if she answers then she says no more phone calls!!!
While i was explaining my issue she hang up on me!!!
She IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!
