★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going through a difficult renovation and are nearing the end, due to many unforeseen hold ups etc we have been without a shower for a time, using the kindness of family and friends to wash at the end of long hot days painting etc, and also local spa to pay for showering. But out of the kindness of your amazing shower door installer Dave, our lives have just gone from difficult to devine , he has kept in touch with us and gone out of his way (working late on Friday night) to get us up and going with a beautifully installed shower door.
Thank you so very much Dave....your a top man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING - DON’T USE METRO GLASS!! Read the outline below:
1. I had someone out from MG to measure our backsplash in our kitchen ($1417.30)
2.We got it re-measured when we confirm the job ($1502.90)
3. As requested, I paid the 50% - 16th Oct to get the job underway
4. Installed just before Xmas. Final 50% of requested to pay. However, the 2nd 50% had gone up to $462.50! Total for the next 50% was $1213.95
5. Emailed back that day (20th Dec) asking them to explain why it has increased. No reply
6. 17th Jan I get another email saying I have an overdue payment. Again I asked MG to explain why the second 50% was almost $500 more
7. I get an email back saying “I have done some investigation…” and our sq meters had increased (even though they had been measured twice by MG and they did'nt come out again) and they had sent another invoice out, which wasn’t true
8. I was obviously getting very frustrated and email back. I then called the manager at MG (Tony Wilson) as I was feeling deceived and manipulated into paying more, and MG we trying their best to justify it
9. After this chat I get a call back a few hours later saying it was an “internal comms issue” and I was wrongly changed
I felt fortunate getting out of this situation, but many others would fall into their trap. It’s just flat-out bullying. So I recommend everyone shop around and avoid Metro Glass!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called into MG about 5 weeks ago, a few office staff hanging around. I wanted a quote, was told the person doing quotes was away on holidays, no one else knew anything. I filled out a questionnaire with all my details . 5 weeks later hear nothing back. today i phoned during business hours, no one answer, only get standard recording ,we will be with you shortly.
Thanks to other that confirm my suspicions . A bunch of cowboys with a fancy office. First impressions, front line staff.
