★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great. Received by courier in 5 days to RD address. My second pair of MiWoolies. This time I got Uggs as previous slipper/boots appear to have been discontinued. Uggs made in China? and nowhere near as much sheepskin inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful product. No idea on service. The Koru cardigan is gorgeous and so warm. What a pity Mi Woollies only sent the product out 14 days after accepting the order and payment. There was no communication regarding the delay (stock issue? staff issue? apology?). They just sat on the order until I followed it up and even then I did not receive any explanation or apology. Once it was in the courier's hands, it came quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was really great. I ordered online, the process was easy (it had to be, because I am not great at that). Was told very quickly that the colour I wanted wasn't available, so I chose 3 others. Straight away I was advised that the order was ready and 2 days later it arrived. The colour was just as I expected and sooooo lovely. Absolutely beautiful throw, feels so soft and luxurious. The woollen underlay is also very soft and I almost can't wait for tonight.
