★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought two new properties from this company and it seems they don't want to know about faulty appliances, use the warranty expiry as an excuse to not cover the consumers gaurantee act for shoddy products, so for me they have lost my desire to have them build a third one, and social media will do more damage than the good will of fixing the problem you can be sure of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the issues that we had with our home. We have been in touch with the company for a long time. No reply to emails or phone calls. Because of personal issues, we have let things go. 3 deaths in 5 months. 6 in 2 years. I would never recommend this company to anyone. All we want is to have a home that we are happy with and someone to listen to our concerns. All correspondence with company is to have all excuses as to why they can't help. Please don't deal with this company.
