★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been trying to get a house for a very long time and had worked with a different mortgage broker from another hamilton company and kept being told there were other reasons we could no attain a mortgage. It felt very defeating and as though there were no options for us based on the service provided from our previous broker. Then we were advised to reach out to Mike Pero from a friend so we did and got put in touch with Lauren Hunter. Lauren went above and beyond to provide us with information and various options toward how we could get a house. The only delay we had was us finding the right house. Lauren made us feel informed and was incredibly quick with her responses. She would also take the time to explain things to us and give us the room and time to process the information so we made the right decisions. This is something we did not get from our previous broker. Lauren is the best of the best and I could not thank her enough for helping us to buy our first home after trying for several years with another broker and not having much luck. Thank you Lauren, Amanda and the Mike pero team, for your dedication, effort and support. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home to come and work with the Mike pero team, their From the Jones Family :)

Jacob and James did all the hard work for us we only had to complete a few forms and with their knowledge and hard work got everything we needed done in a timely manner with very little effort from myself. Thank you so much for everything you have done we really appreciate it so much.

Dane came back to us and got us in to have a meeting about what we were looking for and what we needed to do. He was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable, didn't leave any of our questions unanswered. Kept us updated when there was any movement of progression or when we were needed.
