★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
Ken put our house on the market on Thursday with an open home planned for the Sunday but had so many people interested that he added another open home on the Saturday.
He had an offer at the end of the Saturday open home and by the end of Sundays open home had 3 offers at or over asking price.
Ken really knows his stuff and how to get the best for you, the seller.
Ken managed to get us $30,000 over asking and this was before the housing boom.
Would definitely recommend Ken to anybody looking to sell.
