As we had already moved from the area Heather gave us advise on getting someone to stage the house rather than leaving it empty. I am sure this certainly helped with the sale of the house. She was always polite and professional in dealings with both us and prospective buyers and any questions we had were answered promptly. Heather ensured that we were kept up to date following each open home and discussed inquiries from all interested parties. With our absence Heather also kept us up to date on any maintenance required around the property and gardens to ensure the property remained tidy and presentable for the new owners. Her commitment and dedication meant that the sale of the property was as stress free as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending Heather if you are wishing to sell your property and if we still lived in the Selwyn area, we would use her again as our Real Estate Agent.
