Shane͏ worked well with us during an estate sale, listening to our needs while juggling three sets of lawyers and a very patient buyer, until probate was resolved. At all stages we were kept up to date and guided through any necessary steps with all questions answered and without feeling like a nuisance. He was very empathetic to the situation as well, which was appreciated. He is a friendly and nice person who is honestly recommended.
