★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a chicken with gravy and this mutt served it to me in a brown paper bag. The gravy soaked the paper bag and was already leaking onto the counter from the paper bag. I told this mutt " you can't possible service me this? and the only response I could get from him was, that I needed to pay him $6.50 for the shyt meal he is serving me. I said to this mutt nahh I'm not buying that. I will never buy from here again. What happen to the old Otara where things were done properly but nowadays people want money but no quality and mind you its only this store that's doing this all other food store in Otara are fine. don't buy from here.

Refuse to give a replace bottle fizzy very Rude.meat was dry..bo customers. praises himself as a religion person but far from it. I honestly dont know how he stays in business. Minus -4stars. The lady is inconsiderate n rude..she looks like hates working there....we humans you know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIDICULOUS EXTRA 80 CENTS FOR A PLASTIC CONTAINER:
I have been going to this place for years and since it has been under it's current management, the place has deteriorated. The service is now horrible! That woman at the counter really has an attitude problem. Depending on her mood, she will charge extra for things that are otherwise free. A few days ago, I ordered 2 chicken thighs and a sweet potato with gravy. Usually when I make this order, she puts my food all in a plastic container. This time, she puts my two chicken thighs into a paper bag, puts the sweet potato into a separate paper bag and pours gravy into this paper bag. I then ask her politely "Sorry, I usually have my food into that plastic container and have gravy all over my chicken as well. Can I have that instead because the paper bag will rip since it's saturated in gravy." She then gave me a nasty look, sighed then rudely yelled "Yeah okay, extra 80 cents!". I just shook my head and asked for a refund. She slammed my money on the counter and looked at me like with an arrogant smirk on her face. Never going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped into your takeaway after 9pm today and asked for cooked taro. I bought 3 @ $3.00 each. I gave you a $50.00 note then I asked for another extra piece of taro & gave you $3.00 coins. You gave me change. Without me checking my change & just found out when i got home it’s only $11.00 instead of $41.00 from that $50.00. I came back to your shop after 10pm & was already closed. Took this photo but there’s no contact phone number. I searched online & found this number 092744030. Called twice no reply nor any option to leave a message. There were 2 teenagers boys that were inside the shop at the time. I will pop in tomorrow to get my change plse and check your shop camera. Unhappy customer ??♀️??♀️??♀️
