★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the market for a new work vehicle, had done a lot of research into differing brands, stepped into miles continental one saturday afternoon recently, ryan burgess met me and explained every facet of what they could and could not provide. Subsequently have purchased a new vw crafter van and could not be happier with ryan's service, commitment, communication and professionalism!! No problem recommending!! Do yourself a favor and get in touch.....you won't be disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rip off. Totally focussed on making money and screwing the customer. Service manager came out to look at my car and told me it was going to cost hundreds of dollars to fix a most basic problem. I'm a superannuant and he didn't give a dam. Rude and arrogant. Got job done at Volkspower for $100. Proves Miles have huge overheads and charge accordingly. DONT USE MILES is my suggestion

All of the staff from front desk to sales and service have been friendly, helpful and have gone the extra mile when an issue has arisen. A big thank you to Jake and Andy who attentively helped me with my most recent purchase. I would go back to Miles Continental again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an experience! Andrew, Alex and the team did a terrific job and we are delighted. Through the support of Miles Continental and VW NZ, Habitat for Humanity Nelson has been able to purchase a fabulous new Tiguan Allspace which will play an invaluable role as we work towards helping people into decent homes across the Nelson Tasman region. The vehicle is beautifully finished, has great space and towing power - all of which will be put to very good use in the coming years.
I collected the car from Andrew last Friday after a long wait during which Miles assisted us with a loan car. The Allspace was beautifully presented and it was very nice to receive additional goodies as well. All in all, you've all gone way above and beyond to assist us and we're very grateful.
Thank you so much Andrew and the team - a huge 'shout out' from us and we look forward to a great association with Miles and VW.
