I also had a session with her and felt totally balanced and grounded after my time with her. I would definitely recommend her services.

I was impressed with the consult I received and also how tailored the treatment was to my particular concerns. And happily for me I have found the mfr massage to be very beneficial. Sandra is lovely and calm, and is very easy to understand and ask questions of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy that I found Sandra. We did a few sessions of craniosacral therapy and I felt so much lighter every time I left her office. She has such a pleasant energy, is very intuitive, and created such a safe, non-judgemental space. In all honesty, I don't full understand why craniosacral therapy works, I just know that it does as I could feel releases happen in my body as she was working. These releases were long-lasting and very impactful on my ability to create a safe-space in my body especially in situations where I would normally go into fight-flight mode. I highly recommend Sandra to anyone who is looking for access to a deeper level of presence through the body.
