★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I participated in a group nutrition challenge. Emma at Mind & Matter Wellness provided a fantastic 8-week programme that offered new information and challenges each week. I found the challenges very motivating and the weekly flow of information enabled me to digest it properly without feeling overwhelmed. I lost 4kg over the duration and was so pleased with the way I looked at the end of the programme. Emma was encouraging and supportive throughout, and always responded to any questions I had about specific parts to the programme. I would absolutely recommend Mind & Matter Wellness to anyone looking to instil good eating habits and learn more about nutrition and wellbeing as well as getting results!
