If not, you should not, be working there, free up space for more informative, empathetic and intelligent operator's.

β β β β β This govt. department may as well shut its doors and close permanently as nobody, including the minister, knows what they are doing. Running around chasing their tails and making up policy on the fly is what they are very good at doing. If they actually had a plan for the real benefit of us citizens, that would be a good start.
