★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a great experience I had with your kitchen team I went into your shop today for some urgent purchase to fix a hole in our roof.
We just had a sunny break before the next wave of bad weather. I was able to identify the problem and needed some sealing tape or similar. After fighting my way through the construction catastrophy of Cameron Road I arrived in your builders department and looked out for assistance. I saw two of your co workers having a conversation. When I went over they just had finished and one shoot of and I asked the young lady on the way back to her office weather she would be able to point me in the right direction. "What do you need? "I explained that I need some sort of sealing tape for my roof.
She frowned and looked at me , than said" DPF !" or something to this avail and pointed over to the shelves. "Over there". "Where, please?"" Over there where the red stuff is...."and left me with that.
I went "over there"... saw some red stuff , but for me everything looked the same... i needed some self adhesive or head- bonding tape.
I thought: Well, everything is perfect organized here- only the customer is disturbing.
So I went to Bunnings- another 30minute drive and i probably won't make it back home before the rain starts again...you are definetly not in my positve impressions of the day section of my otherwise great memories with your kitchen team ..Btw : I spent close to $6G with you....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service and friendly staff. Always helpful with suggestions when I am working on stuff. Today I went in and grabbed a few things for my guinea pigs. The hutch is awesome and the pet carrier is great too. Always a massive range for diy projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so nice when you come from out of town and have to return faulty goods. Mega Mitre 10 Tauranga staff were really helpful, they exchanged the faulty electric lighting without hassle. The store was busy, but all the staff were smiling and willing to help. I will be using this store when we relocate to Tauranga latter this month.
