β β β β β Not too busy after 5pm on a Sunday evening, can easily park just in front of the entrance/exit of the building. Courteous staff in the plant/garden section saying thank you when we are about to leave her area.

β β β β β Placed order online for delivery to an address on the other side of the city. Despite getting an email confirming delivery address they somehow managed to send it to my home address instead. Repeatedly called the store but no-one seriously tried to help me, staff kept saying someone would call me back, but no-one ever did. Was told twice that someone would come to pick up the item and redeliver it, but no-one came. Basically this store screwed up a delivery and then made no attempt to correct their mistake and never offered to refund the delivery fee. It's now been over a week and I am having to deliver it myself at my own expense. Absolutely appalling behaviour, never ordering from these clowns again.

β β β β β The 2 staff that helped us with our outdoor table purchase were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, assisted with getting the right product to keep our table in top notch condition and to top it off helped to take it to the car and loaf it in. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the amazing Click &Collect, Delivery, and the Team @ Trade - you all are super fantastic, so efficient, always ready with a friendly smile, willingness to help (especially having calm to direct me through the trade drive through). Superheroes @ Mega Westgate.
Thanks for keeping me "Sane" during the lockdown with my projects and readily available materials, the website is super easy to navigate. Seriously try the competition, phone calls of out of stock items and the delay in collect, never again.

On 14 March, in the evening, I was looking to buy a structure suspension rod and cut it into pieces. I was turned down by other similar businesses nearby. And only the great team at the Trade department of Mitre10 Mega Westgate helped me! Guys, you are the best! Thank you so much! I hugely appreciate your attitude towards customers. You are great!

She was exceptionally helpful and refreshingly knowledgeable and ensured that I bought exactly the right product for my purpose.
