★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and impersonal staff. I was told quite abruptly, not asked, to move to another checkout as the one I had chosen was being closed. No manners from either of the staff I dealt with and left me feeling like I was inconveniencing them by shopping in the store. It's experiences like these, that really deter me from returning to such places. I'd be more inclined to drive further into town and receive professional service with a smile, than deal with poor attitudes from rude staff.
