★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this Mitre 10 are so rude and they don't have communication skills, I found most of them to be stand off ish and not want to spend the time helping you when you ask if they have a product in stock. Slight attitude problem from the women that work there. A nice man help take my BBQ to my car though. Everyone else looks exhausted and moody. I will shop at Bunnings from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother-in-law bought a dusty shop-displayed item as the colour she wanted wasn’t in stock. I was very disappointed when the counter staff removed the item’s only battery and didn’t even offer to repackage it, let alone wipe it down or offer a discount. Customer Service rudely absent from the unhelpful sour-faced employee!
