★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Phone call to my house rather rudely the day after I had placed an order for products not available at a closer Mitre 10. Yes Covid gets in the way again. My husband was told, not asked, to arrange my own delivery for my products as they were too busy to deliver mine. Even after I paid for my delivery at $79. I was not offered a refund during that call. I was told to ring a freight company. Customer service was lacking. Yes we are all busy , yes its Covid, but explanation was lacking and attitude was poor. I do not recommend this branch of Mitre 10.
