I lost a mobile phone in Rotorua. It was handed in to this business and I was notified on Facebook by an employee. When I called in to recover my mobile phone it could not be found !!! (Bells are ringing)

Cool lounge and cool people. Play pool or loss your cash on the pokies. They do some pretty cool drinks at the bar if get the right bar keeper.

Well not surprised that Fiona Herons comment was deleted on your facebook page Mo'S BAR She said that her night was spoilt cos she was refused entry BECAUSE SHE WAS TOO WHITE AND SHE WAS DRUNK BUT THE MOST SOBER ONE THERE. WHY WAS HER COMMENT TAKEN OFF??????? WAS HER COMMENT NOT TO YOUR LIKING MOANA. ANYHOW I WENT TO MO'S BAR A WEEK AGO AND THE WOMAN WHO RAWIRI HAD GIVEN THE MIC TO ALL NIGHT LONG HAD MANAGED TO GET THE KEYS TO MY CAR. I was talking to her until she was getting nasty and i decided to leave BUT WHEN I COULDN'T FIND MY KEYS WELL i TOLD RAWIRI ABOUT THE PERSON WHO HAD MY KEYS BUT HE DID NOTHING SO I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD FIND THE NEAREST COP BUT I WENT AROUND THE CORNER TO THE 'OUTLAW' PUB ASKED THE BOUNCERS IF THEY HAD SEEN THE COPS BUT THEY HAD ALREADY DONE THE ROUNDS. LUCKY FOR ME SOMEONE I KNEW WAS AT OUTLAWS AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE MANAGED TO GET MY KEYS BACK......I DONT KNOW WHY RAWIRI IS AT THE DOOR? He is useless!!!!! I did ring the OWNER MOANA AND MY FIRST CONVERSATION YOU SAID I SHOULD OF RUNG THE POLICE WELL IF i DIDNT GET MY KEYS BACK I WOULD HAVE!! Moana said she would have a word with Rawiri!!!I I go back to the bar a week later on Saturday and Rawiri says that" I have to leave and I ask him Why?' and all he could say was"I dont want you here!!!' NOT because i did anything wrong and you dont know HOW TO DO YOUR JOB RAWIRI!!!!! SOOOOOOOO i RING THE OWNER THAT WOULD BE YOU MOANA AND OHHH I GET Rawiri is in charge not that he has no real reason for NOT LETTING ME IN COS I DID NOTHING WRONG AND WOULD HE OF PAID FOR A NEW CAR IF IT HAD BEEN STOLEN LIKE AYE AT THE END OF THE DAY SHE HAD MY KEEEEEYSSSSSS. Moana you are stuck up..... and cannot admit when YOUR STAFF ####UP sooooo yes I was one of the regulars there and yes i want others to know HOW YOU T.R.E.A.T YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! OHHH FORGOT TO MENTION YOUR KAREOKE SYSTEM SUXS EVERYONE WHO READS THIS 'THE OUTLAWS HAS STEPPED UP WAYYYYYYYYYYY BETTER SYSTEM AND PUB!!!!!!

The old tart behind the bar needs customer service. I will never set foot in this bar ever again. As soon as we arrived the lady had a problem, said kiaora to her and got ignored, then asked for a beer and the she cut me off by asking for PHOTO ID. Gave her my ID and as a 29 year old felt pretty cool getting asked at an older age, excited I expressed my feelings to my partner, she then cut me off and asked if I had a problem I replied no I wasn't talking to you. She then told me to look at the photo on the door and don't get offended I was suprised OFFENDED? I felt young again I was more excited then anything. I replied do you have a problem with with that? She then cut me off AGAIN and said let's cut it at this you go somewhere else. I was so suprised that someone would even speak rudely to costumers and not even have a smile at all. I must admit I cursed as I walked out only because I've never come across such a nasty person especially when your trying to make money!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR IF YOU WANNA FEEL LIKE A LITTLE PIECE OF NOTHING! No wonder it was EMPTY! WORSE experience ever!

Walked in with a beanie on unaware of the "no hats allowed" rule. Owner was extremely rude and told me to go outside and read the sign rather than just simply asking me to remove the hat. After explaining I wasnt from the area, she made another rude and arguably racist remark saying "yeah I could tell that from the moment you opened up your mouth." Needless to say my friends and I walked out without buying anything. Goodluck staying in business while driving away potential customers.

We're not from Rotorua and only this place was letting people in around midnight-ish Saturday. Good service, got a table, real friendly locals, Robert Cray playing in the background, good Security Guard and a fight at the end of our table. Typically not our type of bar but for the lack of options in Rotorua this place was great.
