★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared with the ease of the Caltex/Z and BP "pay in car" apps - Mobil is neanderthal! AND you can only use one special at a time! And if that's not enough bad news - add the unhelpful (almost surly) lady-attendant. Altogether - a definite motivation to go ANYWHERE ELSE!
I thought garages were eager to get business. This one definitely doesn't give a ****!
Won't be going back there ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience here wanted to fill my van but they wanted me to pay frist I have no idea how much i needed but wouldn't let me fill unless I paid frist I informed the staff there card terminals where down but got no help so I left and went to a diffirent station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place to fill up, good customer service (anxiety free) and is easy and convenient to pay at pump with card. Could maybe do with a better restocking of pies ect during lockdown but that's the only thing haha :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service by the Indian female after the fact requesting a refund (oil was not open) Purchased some oil as recommended by a server. Read the back of the recommendations and realized it was the incorrect oil for my European Vehicle. Tried to return the product for a refund. She was so rude and stated her staff should not recommend product !! iIf you sell it, your staff should be trained to know what Is the correct product. Had I put that incorrect oil into my vehicle I would be taking you to court. Nowhere in this shop does it read assistants are not trained to recommend products. Shame on you
