Phone repairs for my screen has been great quality and any issue is fixed without any problems, they even assisted with an Apple ID login issue. I highly recommend them for any repairs or tech issues you may have.thank you

The team here will not take any accountability on damage to your device under their care.
Story- Took my phone in to repair my cracked camera glass. Note: camera worked fine prior - On return an hour later I received my phone back without glass and was told I required a new camera due to dust getting into a lens.
I have since found out the lens has a haze to it likely caused from a heat gun being applied over the crack and the heat would've been applied directly to the lens causing damage.
Mobile Monk accepts no responsibility, doesn't return calls nor is willing to come up with a repair solution. I want it repaired. I've called 5 times now and returned in store once to show them the damage. They've caused over $500 of damage.
Shop at your own risk.
- In response to their reply to get "my" facts straight:
β’ I do not have a daughter.
β’ Phone was handed in with glass damage. Returned with no glass and damaged camera.
β’Over $500 is a quote for a authorised samsung dealer to repair my phone because now a camera replacement requires waterproofing the device again.
β’ 30% off what exact price? This is the question I've been asking since the start.
β’Why am I even paying for damage caused by your techs?
All I am wanting is my phone to be returned back to its original condition. Nothing more, nothing less. I feel that's fair.
Update a few months down the track: my camera is broken completely and they accept no liability... almost as though I don't even exist. Insurance won't replace because of the circumstances so I'm stuck with a broken phone I now cannot afford to repair.

β β β β β I went in for a screen replacement and they broke my phone more it won't charge the flash doesn't work and is bent and the back was plastic and I had to push the screen in and was glue all over my phone I highly don't recommend these people at all if u value your phone I recommend not taking it to these type of shops they rip you off only reason it has one star is because I can't put 0 ! They also wouldn't refund me full or even half DONT GO TO THEM

β β β β β I have been in twice for battery replacements on different phones and both times, they have broken the glass screen protector and also either the new battery doesn't work or the screen itself now doesn't work. They got all the problems finally fixed after returning multiple times. But I was very unhappy about their service. A battery replace job that was quoted to take 1.5hrs ended up taking the whole day with me running in and out.
