★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service my Mother was just in there to get some help with a chair that she had hired. The tyre had gone flat and come off the wheel. The staff were helping her when the manager came out and accused her of damaging the tyre. Stating "It has never done that before !" . Suggesting it was misuse by my Mother.
Would have returned it then and there if we had been able to access another one for the weekend.
Appalling customer service by the Manager completely unacceptable.
Only giving it one star because you have to!!

Mobility equipment for myself and twice I was pretty much ignored, dismissed and treated like they were too busy sitting at their desk doing nothing. The second visit was so horrible in fact that my wife had to ring them afterwards and tell them just how upsetting the visit had been. Way to treat a dying man people.
