★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great haircut for my child but the poor service and rude interaction with the barber was enough to find another shop.
The barber was very dismissive about what cut I wanted for my son and kept repeating "he's in good hands" telling me I had to sit down in the lobby. Refused to allow me to standby to make sure he didn't remove too much hair or cut it in a way I don't prefer.
I was basically told to sit down & shut up.
I spent the next 15 min with my fingers crossed that my son's hair wouldn't be cut poorly.
I asked for a hard part for my other son and was told they don't do those there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time customers tonight, after being recommended. very happy with my son's hair cut and the service we got. Very clearly busy and under the pump as only 2 on, despite being at the end of their day they were still smiling and doing a great job. We will definitely be returning :)

I'll never be back in Mosgiel but my haircut will bring good memories...until it grows out in three weeks ?
