★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you! They were brilliant when my Casio Protrek needed a new pressure sensor. I'm from the UK and didn't have my warranty card but they sorted it regardless and then let me know the instant it was fixed. Genuinely can't thank them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience I have had! If I could give a negative rating I would. New Omega half dishwasher which only washes once a week!! Service technician has been out twice (I have to take time off work to meet him) and then it leaked onto a newly installed kitchen. So it only ever worked once!!
Service Technician is trying to convince them to replace the dishwasher. The dishwasher was installed in early Nov 18.... I am still waiting to get an outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL! I ordered a range hood through an agency 11 days ago. These thieves charged $75 + GST freight and I'm still waiting. How can they charge that price and not even deliver it? Stay away from this crowd. They have no clue what the word service means! I'll never use Robin Hood product again. My customers will be directed to Parmco from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am using Robinhood 9kg Washing machine and so far it's too good. If anybody looking for good value for their money then I prefer Robinhood. It's perfect look wise, user friendly, space saver (as am using front loader), simple to operate. Thank you Monaco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely among the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They send a stock standard response without properly reading the email and responding to specific enquiries and requests. They somehow managed to not answer any of four questions I asked about a faulty product and how it could be resolved. Pretty safe to say I will not be purchasing any future products from this shambolic operation.
