★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just rung for a statement. Love the Doctors there but the reception let's them down big time. All need a course or training on customer service. It's appalling the way you get spoken to there and the sarcasm! Wouldn't have any of them on my front counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised at how negative a lot of these reviews are. I've been a patient at MHC for the past 18 years, and I've had a very positive experience on the whole. I've never had to wait ages for an appointment, I've had very good care from all the doctors and nurses I've seen, and the front desk staff have not been rude to me ever. Maybe it's because I try to be friendly to them, too? It is a very busy place, to be fair, and I do think they are harried at times. Best doctors in my experience have been: Helen Holden, Jonathan Woolrych, Taatske Rijken, Eric Bradfield and the lovely John Byron (very thorough and conscientious).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My health centre of choice for the past 17 years ever since I arrived in New Zealand. Friendly receptionists, great doctors and outstanding nurses. They go out of their way to give you the best patient service. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
