★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I have had with a Timaru business. Failed to deliver on time causing delays for the builders and extra cost to me. Windows arrived late with wet silicon on them. Windows then had a fault with missing bars and they rattled. Morse glass and Aluminium made me chase the manufacturer of the glass components, it took 7 months to get issue resolved. Customer service from Morse Glass and Aluminium was appalling, including a rude email when I withheld payment trying to get a solution. Follow advice of every builder I have spoken to-avoid this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recommended this Company to so many people as so affordable the same quality I paid almost double prior, very helpful I so wish I'd known about them first !! I just realised I've not done a google review!
After using another local company intially to do some double glazing last year and new frontage. A total disaster as the measure was slightly out and so expensive as I had to pay for their error even though Lone Pine had met them to measure it together! Needless to say was left so not impressed .
Thankfully builder no 2 I got a referal from to Greg and Mark from Morse and I could not believe
I got the rest of my whole house done for nothing like the expense of the other place .
The windows exactly the same quality !!
Save yourself some money and time look no further!! Morse are seriously good!!

They sent comprehensive quotes, organized the installation, turned up when they said they would, took all steps to ensure perfect fit and finish in an old building. Completed the job when they said they would, cleaned up after and charged what they quoted. Friendly and helpful all along the way. So happy we chose this team of professionals, and big thanks to their builders.

Glass windbreak for a very high wind zone designed and installed by Nulook Timaru.
Nine weeks after installation the frame and a pane of glass were destroyed by the wind.
The quoted cost to repair the frame was higher than the original cost of installation (more than four thousand dollars.)
No apologies and no warranty.
