β β β β β Melissa and her team are amazing!! I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort they put into helping me achieve my goals and getting me through a messy situation.. I can now go forward and be happy!! The customer service is outstanding and the time frame it took to get everything sorted is a credit to her and the staff at MortgageMe!! I would highly recommend these guys to everyone if you want a stress free experience and not have to deal with the banks directly as it can be a hard drawn out process and sleepless nights!!! β β β β β We went with Melissa to buy our second home. She was very professional, efficient, patient, and effective. We put offers on many homes over the period of a few months and I would hate to think how much time she spent working on bank approvals for us. We will be using her again in the future.

β β β β β Daryl Taylor and everyone else we have worked with at Mortgage over the last few years have been excellent.
I have found them an excellent source of clear non-judgemental information. We have worked several mortgages of different types through these guys and nothing has ever been a problem.
I would certainly recommend these guys and I often do to friends and colleagues.

β β β β β Helpful and knowledgeable mortgage broker, and got us 'over the line' with our mortgage, navigating a rather unique situation. We got stuck for quite a while due to banks not wanting to lend on the home whilst it was only half-renovated - I would have given five stars if we had been warned in advance that there was a fair chance this would happen, though I'm not sure if that's fair - it might not have been feasible to predict how the banks would treat this. In any case, luckily, we were able to work out a way to finish off renovations to the point when the banks were then happy to lend and MortgageMe gave useful advice on mortgage structure and other things. MortgageMe also gave very useful advice which helped us navigate the process of the first home side of things, and we managed to get the first home grant from KΔinga Ora as well and MortgageMe's advice helped with that. Definitely happy to recommend them.

β β β β β Daryl took us through step by step from gathering funds, how much we can afford, how to help improve our chances in getting a mortgage approved. We were very surprised by the mortgage approval as we are new to the mortgage market (first home buyer) and we had less than 20%. Daryl has always made our conversations clear and positive. We plan on continuing working with him in the future to get on top of out mortgage. We highly recommend him.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Even if your in the thinking stage of buying a house I recommend getting in touch.
