★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and meal. Very friendly staff. Very well patronized so obviously a popular restaurant. I am from Hawke's Bay and was at the restaurant with family who live in Mosgiel. I will definitely be returning to this establishment when next in town. ????
So we were back in Mosgiel 21st / 22nd March for a flying visit to family and had dinner at Mosgiel RSA . Tuesday evening. 6 adults and 3 children. Excellent meal. Surprised I was to see so many groups similar in number to our group. Lots of couples and small groups as well. Anyway, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent.

Firstly, a lovely waitress who was very good at her job, very impressed of how she took charge of what she was doing. (Didn’t get a name sadly)
Secondly - the meal was super, had the special steak, first time in awhile I had a decent cooked steak, with a decent amount of chips with mushrooms
Thirdly,; even tho this is the RSA, I would gladly becoming back to this establishment and have another meal in the future.
Top marks for your staff - definitely made me feel like I was at home. Can’t wait to try their desserts next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a family 80th here tonight. Really fabulous service from all the staff. Meals were promptly bought out and all beautiful. Couldn't fault this place atall. Definitely be back on our next trip down.
