★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 5 stars if only someone would have given us the time of day. Wife and I walked the whole store no one offered assistance, too busy doing other stuff, must have been an inconvenience, sorry about that. And same thing happened last year. Bought a new Ducati 1200 monster from them, and sold a near new Africa Twin through the shop, might give them a miss this time as like to be acknowledged. Customer service is everything to me.

first issue: they didn’t tell me that the bike had a lowering kit.
when a realised i asked them to order the original part and undo the lowering.
second issue: when they build in the original part and moved the front forks back to correct position they either didn’t realise or didn’t tell me that the kickstand had been lowered as well.
i took home the bike and the first night it fall over because of the cut kickstand.
when i showed to another shop they immediately told me that stand has been lowered at least 3-4cm
the scratches will be on my bike forever (and need to buy a new indicator as well)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new bike from them, never again. Their customer service is absolutely awful (that is if you can actually get any). It felt like I was an inconvenience. They seem to have more important things to do than take my money. Definitely regret using Motomart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service from Kieran and the team at Motomart. I just got a new bike and wanted crash bars and fall protectors for the bike. Thanks to Covid stocks are limited but the lads at MotoMart came up with solutions rather than problems. Got the first delivery yesterday and the balance of the equipment is being shipped from Touratech. Thanks Kieran & Motomart.
