★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive bought a hoist off this guys and ive had problems with it from day 1. First i asked for a 3 phase they gave me single phase. The hoist was damaged when delivered. When the hoist was installed by their guy recommended it never worked properly, it kept working on a angle. Endless of problems since them i had it and no help from them. They kept telling me they will come sort it out but never did. They also did not installed the height cutoff switch, just left it sitting loose not working at all. Worse of it all i wanted and paid for a 4.5ton hoist and they only delivered a 4ton hoist. The guy said it was the wrong sticker on it and will sort it but never sorted it. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this joker as you will waste your time and money.
