It was the first time any one has done anything to them and I was a little nervous with thoughts that I could somehow come out looking like Burt from Sesame Street. BUT Morgan did an incredible job. She was super professional, welcoming and warm. The process was quick and painless. My brows have never looked so groomed and symmetrical (first time for everything!). Now I feel like my years of battling my brows alone were wasted. I have finally seen the light. Morgan is a brow genius. Thank you for making my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have ruined my face ? They shaved the top half of my eyebrow off and lowered it. It made one side of my face look squashed in and it was very obvious that half the eyebrow was a tattoo. When asked how to fix it I was sent the link to a laser clinic and refused a refund. I have endured multiple painful and expensive removal treatments over the last two years but am still left with half a red eyebrow. I got the treatment because I have chronic fatigue and cant draw my brows on daily so wanted a boost of confidence. This has not only made me more self conscious but I feel the need to put makeup on this eyebrow even more daily now. I was very friendly when I messaged Nat about being unhappy and she was very passive aggressive in return, saying things like what did I expect from getting my eyebrows tattooed on and they mapped them out perfectly. She is a pro at marketing her business but has no ability to deal with unhappy customers. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
