★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a board meeting recently at Mt White Station where the scenery is absolutely stunning. Accommodation was on a shared basis but as there was only 4 of us we actually had a room to ourselves. The bathrooms were shared but there is no problem with this. It was great having all our meals in the dining area with the staff and contractors as it gave us the opportunity to talk to them and learn more about the farming and tourism operations. We all enjoyed the Unimog and 4wd ventures over the farm with staff giving us a commentary of what is happening. Would have been great to have had a few extra days there to experience some mountain biking and other activities. Certainly an excellent place for meetings or team building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We held a South Island sales meeting with 15 people at Mount White it is a very special venue in the high country. The venue is new and to a high standard, the catering provided by Wendy was 10 out of 10.
Having the opportunity to tour an hour into the heart of NZ high country was a highlight of the stay and an opportunity that most of us never get.
Lucas's vision for the station is fantastic and injecting new life and opportunity for staff into a remote location.
You will not be disappointed using this as a destination for a family experience or a team meeting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've just returned from our Board offsite at Mt White. Such an amazing place to take time out and reflect.
The facilities were ideal for our needs, allowing us to balance work sessions with exploring the stunning surroundings.
While well suited for groups and families, we were able to configure the accommodation so each of our team had a private room. Bathroom facilities were shared (not an issue) and the communal lounge was warm and welcoming.
The extra 40 min trip up to Esk Hut was worth it - you couldn't get anywhere more private. A simple set up, you're kept warm by the woodfire and well stocked lunch hamper!
Being a working station, we felt privileged to spend time alongside some of the team, hearing about their areas of expertise and the day-to-day operations. Whether it was touring the farm in the Unimog, going offroad in a 4WD, or sitting alongside them during dinner, this is truly a unique experience.
While we didn't quite have enough time to enjoy the biking, kayaking, and tramping, I'd recommend Mt White for small corporate groups.
