I suffer from back pain from an old, untreated injury as well as sitting at my desk all day and I can’t even begin to tell you what a difference it’s made. I’ve tried physios and chiropractors but I feel like Movement Mechanics took the time to understand the issue and make proper corrections.

Took time to explain what he was doing and what was good and not so good about the strength of the muscles in that area.
Great space with access to a gym and modern equipment so I knew I was in safe hands.
