★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rubbish to deal with. Never called back at scheduled times, cancelled my fibre order without consulting me (and for no reason) and when I ordered wireless broadband to use while fibre was being installed, they never progressed the order. When I called back asking for an update, I found nothing had been done, and information that was given to me was very different to previous calls. I've wasted so much time on calls, on hold, and now data having to hotspot while I work from home. Not worth the hassle, better off sorting it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast and easy process. Very informative. However, without much information or warning they ask for bank details over the phone. This was worrying and I needed to ask to send the information via email to ensure it was a legitimate caller. This is bad practice and leaves it very open for scammers to copycat. Please review this process.

The representative called me, but I was unable to converse for long, so I asked him to call me the next day. He called exactly when I asked him so to do. It was truly a pleasant conversation and within a short amount of time, I had power and broadband sorted - and with great rates! Definitely the way to get house shifting sorted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible service. The person I spoke to (Jay?) was super helpful, went through options with me and gave advice on the ones that would best suit my circumstances. The set up process was fast!! I got confirmation emails from suppliers within a couple of hours. Everything was so simple and saved me lots of time and stress. I'd happily recommend Movinghub to anyone and have already suggested it to a couple of people.
