★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When Mark came to do the estimate I found him very professional and knowledgeable.
This family run company is headed up by husband and wife team Mark and Karen. They have been in the business 30 years and know what they're talking about. They have experience of international removals too.
Move day went ok although they couldnt get the truck down the steep drive and had to trolley it into the house. Someone was supposed to assess the access and didn't so it was a surprise to be charged extra for their oversight. Karen agreed not to add on this charge though.
They are careful handlers, not that we had anything of huge value!
The only other remark I would make is that they tend to arrive earlier than agreed so if you're shlapping around in you flanalette PJ's be warned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Moving U second time in last few years. Mark is very friendly and professional. We has some really heavy and costly furniture and they took good care of it. They dismantled some of our furniture that we couldn't find time to do before they arrived, and they assembled it back after moving them. It was hard work but guys were cheerful and calm during the whole time. Totally professional service and we will be in touch again. Thanks Mark, and don't worry, we don't blame you for the underarm delivery!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One phone call with the lady on the phones told me that working with them would be more hassle than it's worth. Moving house can be stressful enough without adding to it and this was clearly going to be like that. Obviously need a wake up call that most people move on weekends and the first concern for these guys was that they'd be working on a Saturday and was then pretty abrupt about it all. Decided then not to move forward with them. Hopefully the moving team once you get past the gatekeeper are better but I won't be finding out.
