Art and design have always played a significant part in Emma's life. After qualifying with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Commerce at University, she has developed an established career in communication. As both creative and account manager, Emma has applied her interest in developing creative concepts with a skill for coordinating and implementing projects.
The development and success of Mr. Bigglesworthy is in part due to Emma's understanding of the importance of good design and branding. Emma has created strong visual assets and a consistent voice for the Mr Bigglesworthy brand. She is also responsible for the design of the website and management of related social media pages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality, quality, quality! Mr Bigglesworthy specialise in mid-century modern furniture and what is striking as you the showroom is the sleek designs and array of lovely ornaments. There's Murano glass, sunburst clocks, candle holders... Everything a superbly decorated house needs! Staff are lovely too (thanks Dan and Emma!)

We bought a lovely and immaculately restored period sofa and had it shipped to Christchurch. The team at Mr B organised the shipping and recommended we spend the extra $65 on insurance, which we did. When the sofa turned up it had a nasty splintered break in the frame, courtesy of the shipping company!
The team at Mr B jumped into action and, rather than take the easy but perfectly acceptable option of getting it repaired in Christchurch, they insisted that the shipping company transport it back to Auckland (much to the protests of the shipping company) where they knew they would get a quality restoration. With just a little prompting they kept us informed of progress through the process.
We were nothing short of gobsmacked at the quality of the restoration. The damaged piece was completely removed and replaced and you honestly can’t tell it was damaged.
Sometimes it’s when things go wrong that you find out the quality of an organisation.
