Mrgreencarpets Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning - Petone

DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Absolutely no professionalism or customer service skills and SO rude! Bought a grab one voucher a month ago and booked at the same time, the manager who I spoke with asked me to send all information through via text which I did and he replied saying that the booking was confirmed (photo attached). This Monday just been, I was waiting in the driveway of our empty rental for them to turn up, as it came to 9.10am (appointment booked for 9am) I rang and asked what was happening, he questioned whether it was definitely for today then asked for me to send through my details via text, when I did this he replied saying that there was no booking under my name and can we rebook for another day. I had already explained (when we first spoke that it was for my rental that I had to be out of). So I explained once again, that I had until 4pm to be out of my rental and it had to be done by then, he told me that they had so many other jobs and they couldn't do it today and will have to do another day. I repeated that it had to be done before my lease gave up and he then went on to argue with me about being able to do it after I have to be out of the house. I expressed my disappointment in them not organising something being done ASAP considering it was no fault of my own and all he continued to say was that it wasn't his fault (blaming it on another colleague even though I originally spoke to him and he said the appointment was confirmed) and telling me that he can't do anything about it because they are too busy. I said that I wasn't surprised at all that he had such bad reviews on google and he said something along the lines of "well you choose to believe that" he then told me to go and get a refund from "grabone or whoever I got my voucher through" I told him I'd do that and ensure that I give him an honest review on any platform possible and not until this point did he offer to come in at 3pm or 4pm to do the cleaning, I said that, that was too late and I don't want his service when he only offers a solution when I say I'll make sure I give an honest review. He then went on to hang up in my ear and called back a few minutes later acting like nothing had happened and asking for confirmation of the booking. I told him I wasn't interested in his services after my conversations with him and hanging up in my ear and he said that he didn't hang up but got another call (so believable - not) and offered my opinion of his lack of professionalism and customer service before telling him not to contact me again and ending the call. All in all I spent about an hour sitting in the car in the driveway trying to sort carpet cleaning before I had to be out of my rental and hand back the keys by 4pm. I ended up going with 'The Carpet Cleaner' and they were so amazing to deal with, turned up within an hour of me calling, were polite, friendly and did a great job!!! Doesn't take much to offer great service but manners is a good start. Worst customer experience I have ever had with MrGreenCarpets!!!!!! If I could give a 0 star rating, I would! What makes it even worse - there was never once an apology!!!!!!!!! (And no, I don't want one now if you read this, it would be best to not even reply as you just cannot come back from putting a customer through an experience like that).

Mr green carpets was punctual, did a great job and were easy to work with. Our carpets look and smell like new. The grab one they offer is awesome value.

I had my carpets cleaned earlier this week. I contacted Mr Green carpets saying the carpet was left very damp which has smelt the whole place out. They replied stating it needs to dry. It has been several days now and it still smells. We have had our carpets cleaned before and never have we had this experience. I don’t think they have used any cleaning agent at all. I do not recommend anyone use this company.

Had a great experience with Mr Green Carpets. Bought a Grabone deal. Shisher was very easy to deal with. Scheduling was simple and the service was great. My carpets are very clean and they managed to remove all the stains I was concerned about. Professional, courteous, and trustworthy. Would recommend!

Shisher of Mr Green cleaned our carpets today. He is polite, efficient, timely and responsive. He was running late and texted to tell me and then texted when he was on the way. The carpets look great, smell nice and have dried quickly. And the Grabone deal was such a good deal. I had my carpets cleaned this morning by Shisher, bloody brilliant! Fast, professional, my carpets look amazing and smell amazing! They were super accommodating. Highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat.

Shisher is highly professional, kind, and really helpful. We exchanged several emails about the booking, as I wasn't sure when I would be able to move into my place. He was really supportive, understood my situation and helped me find a suitable time. Above all, he did a great job! The carpet looks great, smell nice and have dried so quickly to my surprise!
