★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't impressed. They made a lot of mistakes with our payroll migration. They didn't do basic "sense checks" and weren't very proficient with working with spreadsheets. There were many mistakes, bank accounts wrong, ird numbers incorrect, and they even imported employee profiles with start dates set in the future because they didn't set the correct date format (dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy). They blamed the payroll company we were moving to, and yes some of the fault may have been theirs. But the responsibility for the migration lay with Mrs Tradie and they should have checked things before sending incorrect data.
