Mums sushi was AMAZING. The freshness of everything in this shop was nothing to disappoint. The fish was beautifully flavourful and did not have that bland frozen taste often found with other sushi places. The rice was not dry, it was moist and the slight, subtle taste of vinegar was perfectly balanced.
The shops interior was clean and well managed. It felt inviting and fresh. Overall you will find yourself ordering more and more food causing you to have ample sufficiency in your stomach.
Will 100% return. Well priced and well managed. The girl at the counter was amazing as she was very welcoming and easy to understand.
Overall great job. 10/10

Love all their sushi, and it's not too pricey either!
