β β β β β Picked my broken wagon and myself up in the rain and was helpful and friendly. Took time and sorted me out first even though there were multiple crashes at same time.
Follow up and repair quote that never came, was a bit average

β β β β β Ordered two tyres and they were delivered the next day but when I asked when they could fit them the woman in the office said she couldn't tell me a time. I asked if it would be in the morning or afternoon but she said she could not give me any idea of a time. Very bad customer service indeed. The locals also say that this particular lady is impossible to deal with and they buy tyres in Westport. I eventually left without the tyres. Avoid at all cost.

β β β β β These guys were super helpful when we had a tyre blow out just out of town, they came down and picked us up and let us borrow some tools as we had NONE (very unprepared I know) all on a Saturday morning too so we were thankful they were even open. This was earlier this year in March but still worth a mention.Thanks again

β β β β β Very grateful that they were able to replace our 'space saver' tyre with a new tyre after we had to change a flat just before Murchison. We turned up late in the day, they were busy but still had our tyre changed within half an hour, for a good price. Fantastic service!

β β β β β Hit a rock fall a few weeks ago went to them for repairs. Even though I didnt get insurance cover through there check of the vehicle. They were very responsive and kept me up to date with parts and repair times. Quote was bang on and quality of work. Was immaculate. Cheers guys.
