Plenty of native trees and plants. Good view of sky tower and rangitoto . Good place to exercise in with gravel paths and a few steep parts to help your fitness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A surprisingly generous reserve tucked away in the suburbs. Murvale Reserve features a large stand of old oaks, as well as other large exotic trees in a decent sized area of bush walks. There are also large grassed areas for picnics and whatnot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful bush walk leads out to a nice field. A relaxing and quiet walk. Took the dogs here for the first time and they absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend.
