Mustapha helped us a buy our first home. And every first home buyer would know that being a first home buyer is not easy. Mustapha showed us multiple properties and made our journey easy. He knew what we wanted as a family in our first home and he focused on that and the foremost thing and question on his mind was if we like the house rather than him. Having said so he also and always had our best interest in heart and made sure we didn’t do a mistake. For example we were going to overpay heaps (being emotional like most first home buyers) on one property but he advised us based on facts and market knowledge and saved us the regret (phew) because he cared for us and didn’t want us to overpay. We are so glad that we didn’t buy that one. He guided us through the tricky process, meeting our many requirements and was very patient with us. With the house we bought he helped us with everything including negotiating the price for us in a way which to me appeared as if he was negotiating for his own family’s first home and we are grateful to Mustapha for that. Thanks. If we were to buy another property it will be through him and I have already referred Mustapha to my family and friends. Thanks bhai.

Mustapha was the just right guy to help me with the sale of my House.
At age 46 I had never gone through the process of selling A house before, let alone selling the only house I have owned.
