★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to adore this company, constantly rave to my friends and family how good it was… but after so many screw arounds I’m just over it now.
The latest example of their flawed experience:
They sent me a text at 11:20 pm on a Sunday saying my order may not have been delivered (it hadn’t), and to respond via call or text before 8 am the following morning to confirm a redelivery. Tried to confirm via text >10 times, following the instructions exactly, no success (keep in mind they charge for texts). Got up early the following morning to call before 8 am, as instructed, only to find that the number is dead. No support online or via email.
Now I’m >$400 out of pocket (they deduct a week in advance on a Monday) with no meals for the week. Now to fight for a refund and wait 10 days to get my money back….
To add to this, literally every week there is either ingredients missing, expired by the middle of the week or damaged to a point where they’re unusable.
This company’s quality of service is abysmal, do not use them, it’s not worth the regular f arounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a voucher which was a Xmas gift & food looked great on line. Had to sign up with a password to spend, which was weird and not user friendly. Then discovered a week later another order of the same food was coming. Received an e-mail that told me in the main print (so I noticed) that I had until Sunday night to cancel the 2nd order. But the e-mail arrived 3am Monday morning. When food arrived some of the fresh produce was slightly off, and the frozen food, which was well wrapped smelled of chicken on the outside, although again chicken appeared well wrapped. Made a complaint about feeling misled, but not satisfied with the result. Very disappointing.
