About MY Guy
Coming back to New Zealand in 2008 all his spare time was involved in running his property management business while holding down a full-time job.
In 2016 the grind of the 9-5 had to give, no longer wanting to work in the corporate industry he left that job and worked full time alongside builders while renovating his home in Westmere.
This was a two year project which was the catalyst for starting up MYGuy, as he saw the trouble people had getting those jobs done that builders were not interested in and the problems they faced having unreliable & unskilled handymen in their homes & businesses.

My conservatory is now weatherproofed and ready for winter. The Guys were great to communicate with and professional and just genuinely lovely people. Leon gave me cost effective options when things got a bit worrying as we uncovered issues. Leon, Jason and Toby were fantastic to work with and had zero issues if we needed to change things a bit on the fly. They also cleaned up really well after the job(s). Had the team do work on my home and courtyard.
They came on time, so respectful and quality of work was FANTASTIc, they even did some cleaning & Tidying up that i did not even request because they wanted to go that extra bit further.
If you need work done around the home, this team is your best choice.

Richard who executed the repair was absolutely brilliant, and also completed the job being able to salvage our floor covering which possibly could have been damaged by a less meticulous contractor. We were thrilled with the workmanship and will continue to use My Guy's services for our home maintenance.
