Stephenβs expertise and market knowledge were invaluable to us throughout this process. A lot of potential stress and complexity and was eliminated by the fact that Stephen took care of the mortgage application and correspondence with the bank, which allowed us to focus on open homes and auctions. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable was always available for advice with regard to properties of interest. He remained patient and optimistic, despite the difficulty we faced in the first home buyers market. We are thrilled with our new home and will always be grateful to Stephen for helping make this happen for us!

β β β β β Before buying our first home we were referred to Stephen to help navigate the home buying process and brokering us a home loan deal. Since this was our first home we werenβt too clued up on the process and Stephen made it completely worry free. Stephen made the time to talk us through step by step what to expect along the way and gave us invaluable advice. Stephen got us a great rate and, being a broker, liased with the bank for us to make sure they had everything they needed too.
Would 100% recommend Stephen, especially if you too are looking to buy your first home and arenβt too sure where to start!

β β β β β Stephen and Joanne were so great to deal with. I had lots going on with this house purchase. Learning the real estate and loan market in a new country context and making offers during a lockdown was sometimes quite confusing. At every turn I was supported, including finding a great lawyer. After many offers, in a hugely competitive market one finally got accepted! Stephen was always available to cross check the details of each offer with the bank and gave good advice when issues emerged around properties I was interested in. I am hugely happy with the outcome and thankful to Stephen and Joanne for their support, perseverance and advice along the way.
