We cannot thank them enough for such a pain-free process and for helping us to produce an absolutely perfect day that far surpassed our expectations. Sophia helped us every step of the way prior to the wedding date, while Steve shared his knowledge of the area to help us choose the ideal spot for the ceremony. We cannot speak of them highly enough and would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone in the future considering Waiheke as their wedding location of choice. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophia and her My Waiheke crew helped us organise the most amazing wedding on Waiheke, our day was better than we could have imagine and absolutely perfect for us! She is great at understanding you vision and putting you in touch with the best vendors on the island. Her on the day organisation is absolutely amazing everything ran smoothly and according to plan, we had to do nothing but enjoy the day. If you want an amazing wedding on Waiheke then My Waiheke are the people for you!

Sophia went out of her way to help me out with issues that came up that weren't in her scope. My Waiheke is an AMAZING team of lovely people, highly recommended to all brides and grooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cannot speak highly enough of Sophia and My Waiheke. We organised our wedding on Waiheke from Australia, and she was so incredibly valuable to us. Her knowledge of the area and connections with vendors is extremely helpful. On top of that, she is incredibly talented with styling and has a great ability to turn your vision into a reality. Our wedding was just breathtakingly beautiful and surpassed our expectations. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day because she was all over it, running the day as smooth as possible. If you are having your wedding on Waiheke… you must use My Waiheke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophia and her team at My Waiheke really took the stress out of our wedding day by making our ceremony and reception area look absolutely beautiful. As the bride, I didn’t have the stress of worrying about the styling or set up and knew that it was going to look amazing while I relaxed. Highly recommend, it was some of the best money spent for us on our wedding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only used the hiring service to hire table decor and linen cloths for our Waiheke Wedding, as we live overseas and wanted to rent various these items. The hiring team was really great, and really patient with me as I requested lots of different quotes in order to see the prices of different items.
Vassia had excellent communication with us all weekend, and even offered to drop off the items at our AirBnb the day before so we could start putting together flower arrangements in the vases. She then picked up everything from our venue and AirBnb 'as is'...we didn't have to do anything which was amazing!
I was a bit nervous as it was challenging to hire items without seeing them in person, but everything was as expected and fit our venue PERFECTLY! I'm really pleased with the items hired and the process! Thank you for helping me create a beautiful day!

From the first conversation I had up until the wedding day, we were totally on the same page about the look/feel/style. I felt at ease, taken care of and knew that no matter what the big day would look outstanding. When we had to move dinner inside (originally meant to be outside) the morning of the wedding due to heavy winds, I was completely at ease with the last minute change knowing that the My Waiheke team had it handled. Lo and behold, they took my vision above and beyond to create the perfect day! Could not recommend them enough.
