β β β β β I got a free access from ANZ but after a year of not using there service a got charged a months fee. I tried to ring them but I didnβt get my money back and just have to cancel the service that I barely used. I will not recommend there service to anyone.

β β β β β Horrible platform and customer service is horrendous!!!! worse part i had to get sent around 4 people to cancel my account i had already cancelled 3 months prior. XERO is far superior.

β β β β β I bought MYOB Cashbook in 2014. It worked perfectly until I tried to make an entry for January 2021. This failed because of a software fault which does not allow entries past December 2020. I rang MYOB, was put on hold for 30 minutes, then told sorry, nothing we can do. So Disputes Tribunal here we come. Their customer service is non-existant.

β β β β β Would recommend looking at other options apart from MYOB. I have tried to cancel, and found that you have to waste time on the phone to cancel your account. So far 2 phone calls, trying to navigate their awful phone menus, finally get hold of someone - then get the run-around about how to export data - keep being told to export as a text file, which was not even an option.
To cancel they still want to ring you to process a cancellation over the phone. This is just totally shocking service, they make it too hard to do anything. No wonder XERO is getting the market share they have.

β β β β β Absolutely shocking customer service - I cancelled myob essentials in December and they advised I would have access to transactions so I could download receipts until end of Jan - this was not the case and the customer service representative kept putting me on hold (3 times for over 15 minutes in some instances), we were on the phone for over 1 hour... for an inquiry that was fairly straight forward. She did not understand/listen to what I was wanting - kept coming back mentioning access to other areas which were not relevant, very frustrating and in the end couldn't help at all. My only option was to re-activate my account but would cost me. Would recommend Xero - better customer service.

β β β β β Signed up for one free year in terms of ANZ offer.......I was immediately contacted by a fantastic officer of MYOB and set up with everything. I have a direct contact line with this person for any problems, I am very impressed, thank you. This has been the smoothest part of setting up my business!

β β β β β This company has terrible customer support. I had an issue that I was trying to get sorted and kept getting bounced around to different departments. After 7 different people asking the same questions and half an hour on hold I deactivated my account and went work Xero

β β β β β A current customer wanting call support. Had to wait 2 hrs and 26 minutes and finally when I got answered it was the wrong department and then asked for a call back which never happened. Problem still hasnt been resolved.
